V8 Front
Here's the front end bolted together...I will be putting it on the car this weekend so that I can start on a new radiator/condensor/oil cooler support as the OEM one will not adapt to this new front end.  I am going to fabricate a replacement support out of aluminum and will make it so that I do not have to remove any component to replace the current support with the aluminum one...
I had hoped that the current panel could be adapted but it definitely can not..so this is a bit more work but it will be pretty slick when done!! :-)  Of course, more pics will follow!!!
Here it is ...temporarily bolted up to see what had to be done to make it right....putting it on was not a big job..in fact I did it by myself...a few of the holes in the lip of the body had to be filed "in a different direction" so as to accept the studs from the bumper..no big deal.....the '89 stock front is radically different from the V8..for that matter, even from the SE version...my oil cooler is a single center mounted one vs duals, and as such, the two side intakes on the V8 will be used as air ducts for the brakes...I am also going to fabricate closing panels for the back as the wheelwell part of the body stops and there is a big opening to the bottom of the valence...I dont like that!! :-)
