| I chose the MOMO F-16 Carbon Reverse shift knob to replace the OEM Lotus knob. It is part number F16CBN-R from imotorgear.com and it is made to go on shifters which have a reverse lock out collar. |

| Here's the schematic from the manual on the Lotus shifter. The entire shift lever is held in place by the single pinch bolt at its base. Loosen with a 13mm wrench and lift it out. |

| The shifter pulls out of the lift tube assy. Rather than destroy the epoxy glued OEM shift knob, I purchased a section of 12mm drill rod (you need 7.75") and will attach the new MOMO knob to it. After shortening the lift tube, it will then be reinstalled in the mechanism and secured by the pinch bolt. |
